Steam & Hot Water Cabinet Unit Heaters
The Airtherm Cabinet Unit Heater is the industries most recent design. Years of manufacturing and engineering experience have resulted in a unit that will blend with almost any room décor. Airtherm Cabinet Unit Heaters provide reliability, durability, individual control and quiet operation. The wide selection of floor, wall and ceiling units with a variety of air flow arrangements allows for exactly matching design requirements.
Recessed models are provided with a field installed wall seal that allows for full or partial recessing depending on the model. The wall seal is also available as an optional kit for full or partial recessing of most other models.

Steam & Hot Water Unit Heaters
Airtherm, has now expanded its unit heater line to one of the most complete in the industry, twenty-three horizontal and fifteen vertical steam/hot water.
Designed for ceiling mounting, they provide a convenient, low cost method of heating. Most Airtherm unit heaters are equipped with totally enclosed motors with internal thermal overload, statically and dynamically balanced fans for quiet operation, and with the installer in mind, we designed a versatile hanging system for easy installation. Airtherm horizontal unit heaters are attractively finished in dark gray with light gray air deflection louvers.
Airtherm is proud of the reputation it has earned in the hydronic heating equipment market for product quality, design, and innovations. In addition, has pledged its full range of engineering and manufacturing resources toward maintaining an unwavering commitment to the steam/hot water heating equipment industry.

Steam & Hot Water Convectors
Airtherm Convectors are engineered for both forced hot water and two-pipe steam heating system installation with heating elements of lightweight non-ferrous construction. They are available in (7) types to meet a wide range of heating applications.
Airtherm Convectors are available in free-standing, semi-recessed, wall hung and fully recessed models. Enclosures are made from heavy-gauge steel, and finished in prime coat for complete protection and provide a base for final finish to meet architectural requirements after installation.
Unitaire Fan Coils – Horizontal and Vertical
Airtherm offers horizontal and vertical units – exposed, concealed, or recessed – 200 to 1200 CFM, with factory mounted controls and hundreds of options to assure the flexibility to meet every job requirement. Airtherm offers high efficiency PSC motors as standard on units. These motors consume minimum power to keep operating costs low.
Special units are also available as Airtherm engineering staff is ready to modify Unitaire fan coil units to meet your renovation needs.
Vertical Features
- A special paint bonding process provides the sturdy cabinets.
- Airtherms exclusive condensate removal system eliminates standing water, odors and decreases humidity.
- Two 9″ deep end pockets and removable panels provide easy access
- Resilient motor mounts and insulated discharge panels dampen air sounds for quiet operation.
- Reversible coils give added flexibility when piping and installing units.
Horizontal Features
- Horizontal units feature a sloped, continuous heavy gauge drain pan, insulated to prevent condensation. No additional auxiliary drain pans, drip lids or baffles are required. Drain pan is externally insulated to meet rigid IAQ requirements.
- Coils and return bends are fully enclosed within an insulated coil compartment directing all coil output to the space being heated or cooled.
- Fan deck is easily removed for service and accessibility to coil.
Fan Coils – Vertical Stack
The Vertical Stack Fan Coil Unit is designed for high-rise installations – apartments, hotels, condominiums and office buildings. They combine easy installation without sacrificing room comfort or design appearance.
Belt Drive Blower Coil Air Handlers
Airtherm Belt Drive Blower Coil air handlers feature a draw through air flow design to maximize the heat transfer to the air stream from 800 to 12,000 CFM.
Horizontal and vertical models are offered in either heavy gauge galvanized steel or powder coated painted steel able to house up to 10 rows of coil for hydronic, DX, steam and even potable water (IPS) applications. Optional double wall construction can be either solid or perforated. They can be matched with electric duct heaters of up to 45 KW.
